Shipping

Orders placed with Kindor Homeware will be processed within standard working hours Monday to Friday. any orders received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day. delivery times are an approximate guide only. Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Kindor Homeware takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.

 

Stock availability

We try our best to keep stock levels up to date, occasionally an item listed may be unavailable due to unforeseen demand or other special circumstances. If this is the case, we will contact you within 48 hours to offer you a suitable alternative, a refund, or to discuss placing the item on back order.

 

Product representation and care

Our products are manufactured and printed by hand and/or using traditional production methods. Irregularities in materials, fabrics or prints are characteristic of the manufacturing process, as such, there may be slight variations in appearance which are technically unavoidable and/or intentional. We try our best to provide the most accurate descriptions, images and colour representation for all of our items however please be aware that images may appear differently on different screens.

Goods are shipped to you with care and maintenance instructions, in which case it is imperative you follow these instructions for the ongoing quality of your product. We do not offer refunds, replacement or free repair for goods that you damage by misuse, including by failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.

All purchases from the website are thoroughly checked before being packaged with care and sent. however, if you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us by e-mail or phone to discuss and arrange a replacement or refund.
